2. turn off bluetooth, clicking in turn-on/turn-off button
3. try to enable bluetooth, it will turn off automatically (the button returns
to turn off yourself)

How to workaround:

[Bug 1263430] [NEW] gnome-bluetooth does not send or receive files

2013-12-21 Thread Sergio Benjamim
Public bug reported:

I tried to connect a Samsung Galaxy Trend GT-S7560, Android 4.0.4,
kernel 3.0.8-1224927, to my laptop with gnome-bluetooth, it seems that
it does not pair correctly.

It's not possible to send or receive files from the smartphone. When i
try to send a file, i got this error in the send window:

GDBus.Error:org.openobex.Error.Failed: Unable to request session

With the bluetooth-sendto command:

** (bluetooth-sendto:7253): WARNING **: Couldn't register with
accessibility bus: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the
remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy
blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection
was broken.

** (bluetooth-sendto:7253): WARNING **: Obex Agent already setup on
'/org/bluez/agent/sendto'

I don't know if the problem is with gnome-bluetooth or some obex
librarie/package.

If I use Blueman, the bluetooth is out-of-box, it's easy to pair and send and
receive files.

bumblebee)

1. Open Alacarte
2. Click in System Settings and click in New Item
3. Name: Nvidia Settings, Command: optirun -b none nvidia-settings -c :8,
and Icon: /usr/share/pixmaps/nvidia-319-updates-settings.png
4. Try to find in Unity, there is the entry, but no icon
5. Open ~/.local/share/applications/alacarte-made.desktop
6. Then in the Icon Entry: Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/nvidia-319-updates-settings

So, if I change Icon Entry to Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/nvidia-319
-updates-settings.png , and logout and login, the icon item menu works
fine.

I has this problem with Scilab too, or any other that I need to pick an
icon for item menu.

[Bug 685067] Re: encoding problem empathy irc

2012-12-21 Thread Sergio Benjamim
Sorry for open again this bug, but this problem still happens in Ubuntu
12.04.

There's two problems, one with the irc channel topic, and other when we
chatting with people.

As can be seen in picture, there's a problem in some characters like é
or ê.

It seems that if a user in the other side uses IRC (Latin/Unicode
Hybrid) option in XChat, in Empathy some characters are not recognized
(like é, à, ç). Is this a problem in Empathy or XChat?

Sorry for my poor english.

There is other example.

When the user in other side switch to UTF-8 (in Xchat), the characters
appears correctly.

Its Brazilian Portuguese, the same language of André Gondim system.

Why this bug is Incomplete? Do you need more information? The images are
