[Bug 334263] Re: after removing duplicate applet the removed one reappears everytime on restart

2009-03-02 Thread lazka
Specific to the sound applet.

Did some more testing:

1) If there are 2 sound applets and I remove one: the second one crashes.
2) Then I added one and after restart the one that crashed reappeared - 2
applets again.
3) back to point 1.

Stacktrace attached :) (I hope I did it right)

2009-02-25 Thread lazka
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I accidentally added a second sound volume applet to the panel and
removed one of them afterwards..

Now, every time I restart the panel the removed one reappears.

They are both present in gconf.. even after removing one of them..

attached is the ~/gconf/apps/panel folder for reproducing.

[Bug 326637] Re: high load on saving files (all gtk programs freeze for 1 sec)

2009-02-09 Thread lazka
after cleaning up my home folder and deleting all unimportant and
gnome/gtk configs everything is back to normal...

this machine had 3 full upgrades since the first installation so the
config was probably messed up..

I'm wondering why some bad config can slow down all gtk apps..
