[Bug 582637] [NEW] Wireles connection problems in 10.04

2010-05-18 Thread Miro Glavić
Public bug reported:

I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on my Dell Inspiron 9400 and now it connects to
my wireless network on start up but looses the connection and will not
reconnect without a reboot. I read a much earlier question and the
support person requested the out information from lsusb; lspci; and
lspcmcia. I have an internal wireless card and everything was working
fine on ver 09.10. here is the information

[Bug 319650] Re: error when using +add for .wav files on a CD when trying to burn a project

2009-02-26 Thread Miro Glavic
I just attempted to burn both .wma and .mp3 and got the same message: "Track
1.wav" can't be handled by gstreamer.
Make sure the appropriate codec is installed.
I am working with Brasero 0.9.1 in Ubuntu 8.10

[Bug 12893] Re: Shouldn't put .Trash-$USER on removable devices

2007-02-08 Thread miro
here's another suggestion no one seems to have though of. Keep things as
they are, but when the user goes to unmount the drive, pop up a dialog
saying something like:

"You still have files in the trash on the drive you are attempting to
remove. These files will take up space on the drive. You can delete
these files, move them to the trash on your local computer, or cancel
and manually fix the problem"
