The copy bar also remains on the Unity icon. It only disappears when I close all nautilus windows opened. Then, I can open new nautilus window and the copy/move dialog doesn't appear anymore. This bug also affects 12.04 (x86 + x64) version of Ubuntu. I can't find the authentication option as I did in Ubuntu 11.04, for example.
