[Bug 1843895] Re: Unable to launch seahorse
If this helps, I can prevent it from crashing if I use GTK_DEBUG=no- pixel-cache OR GDK_RENDERING=recording with some caveats. GDK_RENDERING=recording works but has lots of rendering artifacts. GDK_RENDERING=image does not crash but Passwords/Login does not render. Certificates/Secure Shell/PGP Keys render fine. If I use GTK_DEBUG=no-pixel-cache everything seems to work properly. I agree with the link above that it seems related to the number of passwords in the Login store. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to seahorse in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1843895 Title: Unable to launch seahorse To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/seahorse/+bug/1843895/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 997017] Re: Empathy not connecting to Gtalk
This is happening to me also. Doing the steps in #20 makes no difference. Ubuntu proxy settings are set to auto-detect, configuration URL empty. Case 1: Home where I don't have a proxy - Empathy works as expected. Case 2: Work WITH (squid) proxy - Empathy cannot sign in no reason specified Case 3: Work, changed settings to NO proxy (I have special network access). Empathy works as expected. Case 4: Work WITH proxy, changed settings so that configuration URL set - Empathy works as expected. Summary: When network settings are set to auto-detect the proxy, Empathy does not query for/use the configuration URL if it isn't set. [Bug 810549] [NEW] Battery indicator turns red when charged second battery is inserted
Public bug reported: This is on a Lenovo T410s, Natty, 64-bit. I have the second battery goes in the cd-rom drive slot. If the laptop is plugged in, and both batteries are charged, the battery indicator will turn red with the empty battery icon. Clicking on the icon will show 3 batteries waiting to charge. However, when I click on the waiting to charge text the Power Statistics menu shows everything correctly. Additionally, the time remaining only shows the time remaining of the current battery, not the total of both. If I only have one battery in everything seems to detect correctly. I'll attach screenshots. Thank you.
