Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

1) upload/download a big file with azureus/firefox whatever.
2) start gnome-system-monitor
3 look at the graphics tab (3rd tab of gnome-system-monitor) at the Network 
graphs.
  They show incorrect upload and download values. The values jumps from zero to 
the value of the up / download very fast 
  I shall also include a screen shot of this behavior.
