As someone said on Gnome Bugzilla, if the above link does not work, this should do the trick: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrbNCg4ijtU (both work for me). I have created another bug report on Gnome Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=711201) because Nautilus does not check the file size before creating thumbnails. I have set it to only show thumbs for files less than 500 KB, but I get thumbs for files larger than 5-6 MB. See attachment. And it does not cache thumbnails, it loads this slow every time. It is extremely painfull to work with lots of images in Ubuntu because of this.
