Public bug reported:

When I login to my gnome-session-flashback session then the only indicator 
applet visible is the mail/communication one.
The sound volume applet, the date/time applet, and the 
power/lock/logout/suspend/restart/shutdown applet are not visible.

Then a couple of minutes later, they suddenly appear.
