It seems that this particular behaviour is caused by something that I made. Unfortunatelly, the bug still exists in Ubuntu 16.04.1. I do not know what I can do to further investigate the couse of the bug. The bug can be reproducable on other vte based terminal emulators like Sakura and Guake.
