- Description: When im trying to open that file that has no password and can be 
displayed at any other pdf reader, evince requires a password to unlock it. But 
the file has no password and it should open normaly. Whatever i input as 
password isnt acceptable and doesnt open the file.
- What i expect to happen: To open the file normaly without requesting any 
password since there isnt
- What happened instead: The file wont open until i enter the correct 
password(that doesnt exist)
