The window has to be maximized, (by double-clicking titlebar) and then double-click again, and the window will adjust to its content (now it looks good). This bug will cause confusion for anyone affected, even i got confused. This should be rated a little higher than low in my opinion. Compiz is activated. Intel GM965/GL960 graphic card. I can also confirm this, with a slight twist.
