Public bug reported: Flashed the 16.04 server image on RPI http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/releases/16.04/release/ubuntu-16.04-preinstalled-server-armhf+raspi2.img.xz. Performed apt update && apt upgrade After reboot I can see the following in logs. I tried flashing again and upgrading and got the same result. Please tell me if you need any additional information.
