[Bug 1814991] Re: 'lock' glitch
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1799293 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1799293 > Also tried to Win+L twice, this only just lead to a working lock screen. That sounds like bug 1799293. > I noticed the sidebar was also not present, not sure if this is related. That just sounds like confirmation that it indeed locked properly after double Win+L (bug 1799293). So for now let's just assume this is a duplicate of bug 1799293. After the fix for that is released to 18.04 we will be able to confirm. ** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1799293 Locking the screen once leaves screen contents visible but not interactive. Locking the screen a second time works. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1814991 Title: 'lock' glitch To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm3/+bug/1814991/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 1814991] Re: 'lock' glitch
1) Alas, my video camera is attached to the computer that does this, so that won't be an option probably 2) triangle - https://niu.moe/@jeffcliff/101617368364604090 3) it locked properly on the first Windows+L, so unlocked and hit Windows+L immediately. It locked successfully on both times. Also tried to Win+L twice, this only just lead to a working lock screen. (I noticed the sidebar was also not present, not sure if this is related.) 4) done.
Can you please: 1. Clarify what 'triangle' is. 2. Provide a video of the problem, if possible. 3. Try locking twice (just just Windows+L keys). Does it lock properly on the second attempt? 4.
