Public bug reported:
The "ugly" plugin set source has source for an element that can decode
AMR (Adaptive Multi Rate NarrowBand (AMR-NB)) files but it's not
included in the binary package.
My mobile phone makes these in "voice recorder" mode, and I'd like to be
able to convert these files using gstreamer.
