OK then, please just run these commands (after the problem has been happening): journalctl -b0 > journal.txt gsettings list-recursively org.gnome.shell > shell-settings.txt and attach the resulting two text files here. I am afraid the comment `apport-collect 1887235` fails on my system with the following error: `ERROR: The python3-launchpadlib package is not installed. This functionality is not available.`. P.S. Previous bug reports on this topic seem to have been closed as people found the problem was caused by extensions they had installed.
