Thanks for your report, but I don't think this is a bug. The values that zenity returns are exit values; it isn't text printed to the screen. You can catch exit values in the terminal by executing echo $? just after zenity; for example: «zenity --question --title Alert --text Microsoft Windows has been found! Would you like to remove it?; echo $?».
