Thanks for your attention. The bug is still active and the pt content is not correctly referenced in yelp. Although directories like /usr/share/scrollkeeper/Templates/pt are now being created, they have no content. I've just built a version putting the pt.po translation onto the source code, in the po/ directory, and everything seems to work fine. My understanding is that scrollkeeper needs that file. I removed the translations from the patch, as it was a bit tough to
fiddle them in the build system - we can use
http://launchpad.net/rosetta for that - the rest of the patch is in -

* Resynchronized with Debian, only Ubuntu changes are:
- debian/control.in:
- add ${misc:Depends} as Depends of scrollkeeper.
- debian/patches/08_rw_offset_fix.patch:
- fix incorrect rw offset by 1.
* debian/patches/09_enable_pt_locale.patch:
- enable pt aditionally to pt_BR (Malone: #24196)
