This affects me as well (latest 11.04), but only if I stream the sound to a pulseaudio server over the network. I see the same problem. "pulseaudio --kill && pulseaudio" doesn't seem to fix it, neither does "killall pulseaudio && pulseaudio". I have this issue in Rhythmbox 0.11.6svn20081008-0ubuntu4.2 (updated Intrepid) As in the attached screenshot, the progress bar doesn't move but the counter (here at 1:28) is correct and the player moves forward to next song at end of the current. I can't move it manually. Si it might be not *only* related to pulseaudio. Alright, happened again so here's the info. Rhythmbox log is attached. --debug wouldn't produce the line about not dragging unless I moved the bar manually, which I did a couple times. It doesn't seem to always happen. After a fresh reboot it is working perfectly. The next time it happens I can get the logs and see if it happens with totem.
