As Akash pointed, it seems only a QT inside GTK problem or maybe also graphics card related?... i have an NVIDIA card, using nvidia- driver version 96.43.11, the answer depends on Akash or someone else that can send some feedback... :) How to reproduce: · When you open an application, it all seems fine. (clean image attached) · But after a while, the QT icon seems to add the background of the icons next to him (distortion image attached) In the image attached it seems as if tomboy's background is been overlaped by hplip. · And it ends up with a black background, as if lots of backgrounds had overlaped for a while ending up with a black background.
