[Bug 34858] Edit Clear does nothing
Public bug report changed: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/34858 Comment: I have no idea either but it was removed not so long ago in the svn anyway... It might be a good idea to remove it from the 0.10 in dapper if there won't be any 0.11 soon enough to be included in dapper. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 34858] Edit Clear does nothing
Public bug report changed: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/34858 Comment: Yep, we removed it in SVN because it's not very useful, easy to use accidentally and still available with /clear. x-g 0.11 will not be included in Dapper but maybe it's a good idea to backport this change to the 0.10. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 34858] Edit Clear does nothing
Public bug report changed: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/34858 Comment: I can reproduce this too, however I'm using a custom profile inherited from xchat2. I'll try with a fresh profile. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 34858] Edit Clear does nothing
Public bug reported: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/34858 Affects: xchat-gnome (Ubuntu) Severity: Normal Priority: (none set) Status: Unconfirmed Description: Selecting Edit Clear does not clear the channel buffer (equivalent to pressing CTRL+L), nor does it clear the text input box. If it has a function, it is clearly not visible. I assigned CTRL+L to this menu option (I have the global GNOME option enabled to change accelerators), and then CTRL+L stopped functioning properly as well, even after clearing the accelerator. Version installed: 0.10-0ubuntu2 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
