Using AisleRiot 2.30.0, I clicked on the View menu and found no option to change the card theme. I check the other menus and no option appeared there either. Any time the cards are redrawn (startup, theme change, window size), all 52 cards are redrawn at once. The problem appears to be related to more than just switching card types.
