I can confirm bug #1 in Lucid. Hi Step 1. Of the built in speakers of my laptop, only the right one works under Ubuntu, but very very low. Step 2. Try to hear anything when you connect USB speakers. The speakers I use, Thyphoon Notebook USB Speakers 50227 work with other programs under Ubuntu, but not with rhythmbox.
