Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue , in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install , that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. Ok. I assumed it was a usability issue since users migrating from Windows would undoubtedly encounter it and it should not be that difficult to implement. In Windows, users frequently use wildcards to narrow down lists of files/directories in Explorer.
