/tmp doesn't work in 2.15.90 either, but ~/uni does. This is a strange one. Deskbar seems to like some places bookmarks but not others. I can happily make add a folder on a removable drive to places and have it turn up in deskbar but if I make a bookmark to /tmp it won't. Steps to reproduce: 1. Within nautilus press Ctrl-L . 2. Type /tmp 3. Click the Open button. 4. Press Ctrl-D . Check in the Places menu that bookmark to /tmp has been made. 5. Focus the deskbar applet and type tmp . Expected result: Open location tmp to appear in a Places section. Actual result: No places section appears at all. Additional information: This does not afflict every bookmark. I'm not yet sure of what the pattern is.
