Binary package hint: totem
I just saw a video with Totem 2.28.1 (GStreamer 0.10.25, Ubuntu 9.10)
and at the end of the video, Totem froze (see the attached screen shot).
I had to force its closing manually.
The video was Charlie Chaplin - The Great Dictator.divx:
