This is even worse in evince 2.28.1-0ubuntu1.2 using poppler 0.12.0-0ubuntu2.1. I cannot even scroll through the list of countries. Clicking on the element causes it to become obscured by a small rectangular frame which contains an even smaller grey rectangle (possibly a display area?) with and on either side. Also the Clear Form button does nothing except remove the focus. Entering evince voteform_enterable.pdf at a command prompt gives the following error twice, in addition to displaying the document: ** (evince:2219): WARNING **: Unimplemented annotation: POPPLER_ANNOT_SQUARE, please post a bug report in Evince bugzilla (http://bugzilla.gnome.org) with a testcase. Clicking the Clear Form button gives two more copies of this error. OK, ignore the first paragraph of my previous post. I turns out that what I was describing is a scroll bar. I can confirm this with evince 2.26.2 on Fedora 11 as well. As an additional point, if the document is zoomed out too far, then you can not even view or scroll the elements in the selection box.
