Hello there. Thank you so much for your reply. Encrypted DVDs do not work but non-encrypted DVDs work fine on totem and gxine. So please turn off my enquiry. Thanks again for getting back to me. Hello, thank you very much for getting back to me. I have tried to obtain a backtrace manually at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash but every time I enter the command sudo tee -a etc/apt/sources.list.d/debs.list in the terminal and hit return nothing happens and I dont get another command prompt. How can I solve this?
