Hi Robert. It's a tricky one to describe as it's different for each person :) If you look at the bottom of the comment form on this web page, there's an add attachment box. Hit browse at the side and it'll launch the file picker. Then press CTRL+L and it'll give you a text box. Type ~/.mozilla/firefox/ then choose the item that ends in .default. Then press open. Select the bookmarks.html file, then press open.
