Yes pidgin works but not perfectly either. There's also a wifi card
built in my machine and I'm using ndiswrapper to drive it on ubuntu.
Everytime I need to modprove ndiswrapperrmmod ndiswrapper so it can
detect my 3G network (while they are not the same thing at all). And
this doesn't work with empathy.. :) thanks for reply
