Binary package hint: totem

The BBC has decided to enabled SWF Verification with effectively renders
the BBC plugin useless. As this is effectively DRM'ed content which now
relies on proprietary closed technologies to view I believe it would be
the best interest of Ubuntu to either remove the plugin or convince the
BBC to allow access to it again.
