[Bug 531270] Re: Evolution delete folder when delete calendar

2011-03-25 Thread Michael Ohlhus-Molthagen
Hi there,

it seems that I'm having the same problem.

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10 64-Bit and Evolution 2.30.3.

When I'm deleting a calendar from Evolution (ICS format), all files in
the folder containing the ICS file (but not sub folders) will be
deleted.

If there are no sub folders, empty folder will be deleted, too (deleted
files and folders are not in the trash).

Kind regards,

Michael

[Bug 531270] Re: Evolution delete folder when delete calendar

2010-03-10 Thread Anton
Hi there,
I haven't try Lucid so I cannot say.
About the step I do the follow.
1- Create a folder in home dir "calendar"
2- Paste inside the folder an existing calendar.ics
3- from evolution file>new>calendar
4- type in this machine
5- Name "aa"
6- tic in personalize options (or something like this, I'm translating
from Spanish)
7- File name and select the one before
8- accept
9- select the created calendar
10- from context menu, delete, delete.
And that's all, calendar folder disappear from home.

please do not hesitate to ask for more info if needed.
Best regards
Antón
