Do you still get the issue? Is your session still running when you get the issue? I can switch back to my session, and I can't find any related crash in syslog or dmesg. (There are a few crashes in dmesg, but they are all related to specific applications, such as totem, yelp and npviewer.bin, and I've already reported them. My current display is :5.0, so I'll attach Xorg.5.log (I don't have a .old file there). By the way, I tried killing gnome-screensaver, but this still happens, about every 30 minutes.
