Binary package hint: gnome-menus

When a menu is bigger than the screen hight, arrows appear to allow
scrolling. So i scroll down, till the application I am searching for is
displayed. When I move the mouse pointer out of the arrow-field, the
menu automatically scrolls back to top (see attached video) instead of
remaining where it was.
