This is a valid bug. I have upgraded lucid to the latest updates. In a screen with 10 gnome-terminal windows, a random half of them have a blinking cursor. Some windows behave normal, which is no focus no blinking. When I open a new gnome-terminal, the cursor in that window blinks only when it has focus. But after a while, without apparent reason, some cursors blink permanently, even in windows I never typed anything. Hi, thanks for taking the time to report this bug and for helping to make Ubuntu better. However, i cannot reproduce this bug with the latest Lucid updates so i'm gonna mark it as invalid.
