Ok, I filed against Nautilus because I thought that Nautilus provides the Alt+F2 dialog. I could be wrong, and maybe the run dialog is the wrong thing to file against. Please change the package if you know which one is the correct one. Well, it handles apt: links, so I know that the functionality is there. I don't see why it should handle one but not the other.
