Tested the file[1] with evince 3.2.0-0ubuntu1, poppler-data 0.4.4-1 without problem. According to the error message in troubleshoot.txt, it seems related to cups. There is oen error message - cupsdAuthorize: No authentication data provided. Please check /var/log/cups/access_log /var/log/cups/error_log logs for more information.
