Yes, with a new user profile the same thing happens. It seems to be reduced to around 10-15 seconds now. I think you misunderstood, it's not about certain files, it's just when I open any new Nautilus window, i.e. the Home Folder, Desktop, ..., Computer shortcuts on the Places menu or any shortcut (not bookmarks) of a folder I made myself. Once Nautilus is started, it's OK, but even then, when I open another Nautilus window, even one with the same location, it still takes more then 10 seconds before it shows anything.
