Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
When xchat-gnome fires up, tabs load up logged chat text from the previous sessions, which is really nice. However, initially xchat-gnome starts with the text areas showing the top of the text (position 0 I guess), rather than scrolling the text area to the bottom to show the most recent comments. It seems that after any comment or activity on the respective channel, the text area automatically moves to the bottom as it should. So it's a minor issue, but confusing.
