Binary package hint: totem
Insert normal commercial DVD. Select episode from DVD Menu. Plays
perfectly. At the end, when it should begin to go through about a
million different "are you a criminal? you look like a criminal. you
know copyright theft is bad because we lose money. and you're the
criminal funding terrorism." warnings, instead you just get a black
screen.
This is much nicer than the accusatory copyright nonsense, but
unfortunately it's just Totem hanging. If you've had it full screen you
can only get out of it with Alt-Tab. Then you have to kill it manually.
