Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
I noticed this bug occurs when resuming from idle state, the brightness is up by at least two levels. It didn't restore the last saved brightness level. I'm running gnome-power-manager 2.32.0 on an Ubuntu 10.10 system.
