Hi there! Apologies if not posting in the right place! I (don't know how) set up the gdm chooser and I get the same mistake: You do not seem to be logged in on the console Starting a new login only works correctly on the console I am using Ubuntu Feisty fawn on a Dell inspiron 1501. If possible i would like to know how to go back to the original configuration so that i don't have to make use of the chooser Is it possible to disable it?
