[Bug 372155] [NEW] language support fails after upgrade
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: yelp I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 The system menus (the ones at the top left of the desktop screen by default) which i had installed in Swedish while running 8.10 are now replaced by English menus since upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04, although both English and Swedish language support is installed. If i right click on the menu bar to Edit Menus, the Swedish menus appear in the edit window, but i cannot make the Swedish menus appear in the actual menu bar. *** This bug is a duplicate of bug 372155 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/372155 I managed to reset the menus to Swedish by uninstalling the English language support, logging out and logging in. Although, it seems that the upgrade changed my language preference to English.
