[Bug 231972] Re: Rhythmbox imports iPod-files altough iPod-plugin is off
Don't you use Launchpad as bugtracker as well? Why have it then? Why don't just move everything to gnome.org? But I'll do it later. -- Rhythmbox imports iPod-files altough iPod-plugin is off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231972 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 231972] Re: Rhythmbox imports iPod-files altough iPod-plugin is off
@Sebastien Bacher: No, thats not the problem, I filed it: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=554708 I just wondered why the program tells me to file it here and not at buzilla.gnome.org. That would be easier and there would be less duplicated bugs, no? @Jim J: Thats a workaround for a part of the problem (rhythmbox popping up when plugging the iPod, which is now solved). But if rhythmbox is already running and I'm plugging my iPod, the songs are still imported. We'll continue to discuss at buzilla.gnome.org. -- Rhythmbox imports iPod-files altough iPod-plugin is off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/231972 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
[Bug 231972] [NEW] Rhythmbox imports iPod-files altough iPod-plugin is off
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox I have the iPod-plugin switched off (it never worked properly for me, I have to use gtkpod). It worked well till now but if I plug my iPod (Shuffle, first generation) on my computer, Rhythmbox pops up and starts to import the music files on my iPod into my library (which doesn't really work but I think thats a problem on my iPod-filesystem). The iPod appears in the left column. I don't want Rhythmbox to interact with my iPod at all. Thanks. [Bug 200149] [NEW] No error report on unmountig my iPod Shuffle
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox I wanted to unmount my iPod-Shuffle in Rhythmbox (to update the iTunesDB), so I clicked on Eject. I then got the notification not to plug-off my device, because there are still data that has to be written on (I thinks, thats an Ubuntu-, not a Rhythmbox-message), then a pop-up poped up and told me it couldn't unmount my iPod and the I got that error message. [Bug 202847] [NEW] Rhythmbox deletes music from my iPod but doesn't free diskspace
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox I plugged my iPod Shuffle on my notebook and wanted to add a music-file with Rhythmbox. [Bug 1005495] Re: Change brightness keys don't work on Acer Aspire One D270
I filed a bug report in the GNOME bugtracker and added the link. Hopefully, this will help. My videocard is 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Atom Processor D2xxx/N2xxx Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09) according to lscpi and Intel GMA 3600 Grafik according to the website I bought it from (http://www.cyberport.de/notebook-und- tablet/notebooks/1CE7-05Q/aktion-acer-aspire-one-d270-weiss-plus- philips-schutzhuelle-gratis-.html). Frankly, I don't understand why a videocard can have two (or more?) names. Perhaps you understand it better than I do. I see a difference between this bug and bug #1020274: If I press Fn+left I don't see a notification which I guess means Ubuntu doesn't understand I want to reduce the LCD brightness. Here (http://dirs- dissman.livejournal.com/13758.html) it says, Ubuntu wants to reduce brightness but writes it to the wrong file. Not quite the same issue as I understand it.
