The GNOME Goals wiki page has been obsolete for as long as I remember. 
Even after the last update attempt, there are still obsolete goals like 
"PortToGMenu" (shell app menus), "HeaderBars" is listed as an 
unapproved future goal that apps should not yet implement, etc.


GitLab is certainly a much better place for tracking initiatives and 
keeping things up-to-date.
