Whoops, my bad. This is already on the checklist, but our checklist 
currently contains a lot of obsolete steps and it's out of order, so I 
don't follow it directly and just forgot this time. I was indeed 
supposed to do this. Too late now.

I apparently release 3.25.91.1, because I completely blanked out the
sub version which is separated from the other components of the version
numbers. *sigh*
