Bug description:
  When fractional scaling is enabled (I use 250%), the mouse cursor
  becomes very large when hovering over the desktop and in some
  applications. It returns to its normal size when moved over the panel,
  dock and most Gnome apps (evince is a notable exception here). The
  issue appeared after the update to 23.04.

Public bug reported:

Upgrading to 22.10 from 22.04, and now portal helper for Wifi logins is
not working anymore

Looking at the logs from journalctl gave this hint:

In Ubuntu 22.04 with the new color theme in Appearance setting,

Firefox (snap version) does not use the color theme in its URL / Address
bar.

Google Chrome and the previous Deb package-based Firefox is using the
color theme (IIRC, was just brief moment before it got replaced by
transition package).
