Reinstallation of Nvidia driver helps.
For first, remove Nvidia drivers after kernel patching, after that reboot a
system.
Secondly, install it again.
It's working well right now.

stop (in my case) gdm: /etc/init.d/gdm stop
reinstall package: aptitude reinstall nvidia-331-updates
and reboot after successful install.
