[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1388358] [NEW] Desktop should be focused when all applications are minimized

2014-11-01 Thread Boza
Public bug reported:

1) I'm using 14.04
2) Unity 7.2.2+14.04.20140714-0ubuntu1.1

3) When all applications are minimized, desktop should be focused and Ubuntu
Desktop string should be set in panel.
4) Menu for last minimized application is visible if you place mouse pointer
over panel.

How to reproduce. Minimize all application except one (for example
Chromium). Now minimize it. In the panel Ubuntu Desktop should be
set, but there is nothing and if you place mouse pointer on panel, you
get menu for last minimized application (Chromium in this example).

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1306582] [NEW] not properly focusing multiple windows with mouse scroll

2014-04-11 Thread Boza
Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 14.04
Unity Installed: 7.2.0+14.04.20140410.1-0ubuntu1

In 13.10 DOWN scroll with pointer hovering over multiple launcher icon would go
through application's (1) windows and if there maxmized window of other app
(2), only one instance of (1) will be displayed over (2).
Scroll UP would bring all windows of (1) over (2) one-by-one.

But now, in 14.04, scolling UP does exactly what DOWN works, just in
another direction.

Thats bad desing, because now is impossible to bring up multiple win. of
app quickly.

For instance, I have maximized and focused Firefox open, and 2 windows of
Nautilus behind. Now, I want to copy files from one folder to other by
drag-and-drop.
 - What WOULD I do is: 2 scrolls UP hovering Nautilus launcher icon, and do
copying (because both windows are in front of Firefox).
 - What I NOW need to do. Click or one scroll to bring up one window of
Nautlis, now Click AGAIN to app spread, and select other window!!

2014-03-06 Thread Boza
This bug exists in 14.04 (64 bit).
If I UNPIN nautilus from Launcher, it works like it should work.

And now.. In 13.10 workaround was to hover with mouse and scroll. But
now that not possible for unfocused windows. Fkkk.
