I agree; however, I don't know exactly how to proceed/who to report it to. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The current work around works great, but it's still a manual work around with everyone having to search for an answer. This certainly effected my use of kubuntu-desktop. As far as I know, kubuntu requires X11 so I can't believe that it can be ignored.
