Title:
Show Transmission app indicator checkbox not updated when launching
  from the Launcher

Status in “transmission” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
This is really, just a minor, trivial thing.

When you open the app indicator menu for Transmission, and click "Show
Transmission", the checkbox gets updated and the main window shows (or
hides if it was visible). Now, if you close the window and open it
from the Launcher (provided you have it pinned there), the checkbox
gets out of sync and is checked when the window is hidden and vice
  versa.

If you show/hide the window only from the app indicator, checkbox works and
acts as expected.
  Attached a screenshots:
  1) window not visible (as seen on the desktop and in the launcher), but app
indicator menu has the checkbox
  2) window visible, checkbox on - as expected (from 1) just click on the
launcher icon)
  3) window visible, checkbox off - not expected (from 2, close the window and
reopen it from the launcher icon)
